This shipping policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the BDI Wear Parts online store. Please note that not all of our products are available for online purchase; some can only be acquired through a purchase inquiry and do not fall under this shipping policy.
Where do we ship?
BDI Wear Parts' online store offers shipping services to both Canada and the United States. Currently, we do not ship to locations outside these areas.
Shipping timelines
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
Shipping costs
Shipping to Canada:
- If the total order price is less than 500 CAD, a shipping fee of 5.54 CAD applies per order.
- Orders totaling over 500 CAD qualify for free shipping.
Shipping to the United States (tariffs may apply):
- Standard Shipping:
0 KG - 0.5 KG: $5 USD
0.5 KG - 10 KG: $10 USD
10 KG - 30 KG: $15 USD
- Expedited Shipping:
- 0 KG - 0.5 KG: $26.11 USD
- 0.5 KG - 1.5 KG: $27.61 USD
Estimated delivery times
- Deliveries within Canada generally arrive within 10 business days.
- Deliveries to the United States generally arrive within 14 business days.
Shipping carriers
- For Canada: Shipments are usually handled by Canada Post or UPS.
- For the United States: Shipments are typically made via UPS.
