    What's your return policy?

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bdiwearparts.com. If your return is accepted, we‘ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Do you offer warranties on your wear parts?

    The wear parts are consumables, we offer 3 months warranty.

    Where do you ship?

    BDI Wear Parts online store provides shipping to Canada and United States. We are presently unable to ship anywhere else the United States and Canada.

    How can I ensure that I'm purchasing the correct part?

    We suggest to check the dimension to make sure if will fit for your need before purchase. Feel free to reach us if we could be of any help.

    How long does it take to ship my order?

    Usually, 1-2 business day to ship your order after getting your order. Transit time will take 3-10 business days.

    What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    Please contact us immediately when you receive the wrong item. We will ship the right product to your location.

    Yes, before shipping products, you can cancel your order anytime.

    What shipping carriers do you provide?

    For shipping within Canada, usually Canada Post, Purolator or UPS

    For shipping to United States, usually UPS.
